A request is not a booking
Sending a request gives you a reference number. It does not reserve anything.
How it works
Request received → team review → quote ready → awaiting full payment → booking confirmed → trip underway → completed.
Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only when you've paid in full and every service in it has been confirmed with its provider.
Quotes
A quote you've accepted won't change if our general prices change later.
Security
Armed protection is only ever an assessment request. We'll only offer it if lawful, authorised arrangements are confirmed.
