What we collect
Your name, email, travel dates, group size, budget, flight details, transport, security and accommodation preferences, and any flight ticket you choose to upload.
Why
Only to review, quote and arrange your trip, and to keep you updated on your request.
Flight tickets
Uploads are optional. Please hide anything we don't need, such as payment details. Tickets are stored privately and only our staff can open them. They are automatically deleted 30 days after your trip ends, or 30 days after an unbooked request is closed, unless we are legally required to keep them longer.
Who sees it
Our staff, and suppliers only where needed to deliver a service you've accepted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information through WhatsApp support.
